| Garbhini Chhardi affects the quality of life of pregnant woman and pregnancy out comes. In unresponsive cases needs hospitalization and even termination of pregnancy. The clinical management of disease as per modern drugs advice antiemetics which have notorious adverse effects. Long term use of anti-emetic drugs have linked to a number of congenital defects and malformation**.**This study is important in view of enhancing the scope of Ayurvedic treatment of pregnant women suffering from Chhardi. Ayurvedic antiemetic preparations are very gentle and potent. They can be used for long term treatment without any harm to the fetus. Kola-Amalaki Churna is light to digest, Sheet Virya, Balya and possess chhardighna properties. Badara (Zizyphus jujuba) is Madhura, Amla, Kashaya, Sheeta Virya, Madhura Vipaka and Vata Pitta Samaka properties mentioned In Chhardighna Mahakashaya by Acharya Charaka Amalaki is Pancharasa, Sheet Virya Dipana, Pachana properties and Rasayana drug Amalaki Phala Majja has the property of chhardighna and Vatnashaka. this study will be helpful to provide safe life and better result for pregnant women suffering from Garbhini Chhardi. Hence study is planned as “Randomized controlled clinical trial to determine the effect of Kola-Amalaki Churna with Madhu in the management of Garbhini Chhardi W.S.R. To Emesis Gravidarum.” |

入选标准
- •Pregnant women of 21 to 35 yr, irrespective of her parity carring viable intrauterine pregnancy who will ready to give informed written consent.
- •Pregnant women having complaints of frequent vomiting, Hrillas (Nausea), Annadwesha (Anorexia)
- •Pregnant women within 12 weeks of viable intrauterine gestation.
排除标准
- •Known pregnant women with Hyperemesis Gravidarum.
- •Known Pregnant women with dehydration due to vomiting
- •Known pregnant women with major medical or obstetrics illness or major systemic diseases like Cardio Vascular Disease, Cancer, Asthama, Tuberculosis, HTN, DM.
- •Known Pregnant women with molar pregnancy.
- •Bad obstetric history (BOH)
- •Known pregnant women with k/c/o Convulsive disorder, Fetal Anamolis.
- •Known pregnant women suffering from communicable diseases.
- •High risk pregnancy like a Elderly Primigravida, PIH, PV bleeding.
