Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia, (ASA) 1-2 risk stratification.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
  • •Hepatic and renal abnormalities
  • •Pregnant females.
  • •Right ventricular dysfunction.
  • •valvular leasions of heart.
  • •Thrombosis or stenosis of SCV, IJV, IVC.
  • •Conditions with Increased intrathoracic pressure.
