Inclusion Criteria

  • Patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia, (ASA) 1-2 risk stratification.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
  • Hepatic and renal abnormalities
  • Pregnant females.
  • Right ventricular dysfunction.
  • valvular leasions of heart.
  • Thrombosis or stenosis of SCV, IJV, IVC.
  • Conditions with Increased intrathoracic pressure.
