Patients undergoing elective surgery under spinal anaesthesia, (ASA) 1-2 risk stratification.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes
Hepatic and renal abnormalities
Pregnant females.
Right ventricular dysfunction.
valvular leasions of heart.
Thrombosis or stenosis of SCV, IJV, IVC.
Conditions with Increased intrathoracic pressure.
