Inclusion Criteria
1. Patient age over 40 years old
2. Spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis patients 1-2 levels
3. Having indication for split laminectomy
4. The patients were informed and agree to participate in the research study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Prior lumbar spine surgery
2.History of lumbar spine infection
3.Need adding instrumentation
