- •2. Spinal stenosis or spondylolisthesis patients 1-2 levels
- •3. Having indication for split laminectomy
- •4. The patients were informed and agree to participate in the research study

- •1.Prior lumbar spine surgery
- •2.History of lumbar spine infection
- •3.Need adding instrumentation
