Inclusion Criteria
•Age: 18-60 years
•Either gender
•ASA grade II and III
•Elective anterolateral thoracotomy surgery
Exclusion Criteria
•Patientâ??s refusal
•Obesity (BMI > 30 kg/m2)
•Pregnancy
•Spinal deformity
•Coagulopathy
•Local site infection
•Allergy to drugs
•Psychiatric illness
•Cardiac disease
•Hepatic/renal dysfunction
•Patients requiring post-operative ventilatory support
