Inclusion Criteria for the Study:1. Age range between 2 to 15 years2. Candidates for laparoscopic herniorrhaphy and varicocele surgery (the type of surgery must be limited to these cases, and GI surgeries should be excluded)3. Informed consent from the patient's parents for participation in the study4. ASA classification I and II
Exclusion Criteria:1. Change in surgical method or anesthesia technique2. Requirement to keep the nasogastric tube in place after surgery3. Surgery duration exceeding two hours
Exclusion Criteria [considering nasal mucosal disorders such as allergies and polyps]:**1. Patients with motion sickness2. Patients with a history of nausea and vomiting after surgery3. Nasal mucosal disorders such as allergies and polyps4. Patients who have received anti-nausea medications such as phenothiazines, scopolamine, corticosteroids, and tricyclic antidepressants within 24 hours prior to the surgery
