Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. All patients being discharged after treatment from the General Surgery department
- •2\. Basic computer/smartphone knowledge (ability to use e\-mail or a social networking application)
- •3\. Having a smartphone or a computer with webcam facility
- •4\. Age between 18 and 75 years
- •5\. Or presence of a partner who meet the criteria mentioned above
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any disability making telemedicine follow\-up impossible, such as blindness, deafness or mental disability, proctologic treatment, due to the difficulty of describing and showing complications in the surgical area
- •2\. Clinical complications before discharge more severe than Clavien Dindo II
- •3\. If the patient does not give consent
- •4\. Patients in whom the doctor wants to get a physical follow up done
