- •ASA I and II patients posted for elective surgery under general anesthesia requiring laryngeal mask airway
排除标准
- •Emergency and non fasted patients(for 6 hours of solids)
- •Surgeries requiring non supine positions, ENT, Head and neck surgeries, airway surgeries and Intraperitoneal procedures.
- •Facial abnormalities
- •Recent history of LRI/URI
- •Previous history of gastric acid peptic disease
- •Previous history of COPD/asthma
- •Known case of CKD and chronic
- •H/o PONV or H/o symptomatic GERD
- •Obesity >35Kg/m-2
