Participants were assessed using the Resistance Training Skills Battery and a smash performance test involving a radar gun and target accuracy. The MCT intervention incorporated developmentally appropriate, play-based exercises (like "Unicorn Hops" and "Gorilla Squats") designed to be engaging for youth while systematically improving motor skills. The study measured feasibility outcomes such as adherence, satisfaction, and retention, as well as secondary performance metrics. Results aim to guide future large-scale trials and reinforce the need for skill-based, age-appropriate training in early athletic development.

Inclusion Criteria
- •Age 9-13 years.
- •Badminton players playing badminton for more than 1 year.
- •Badminton players who play at least four sessions in a week with a minimum of one hours of play each session.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Players with history of acute or chronic musculoskeletal disorders.
