入选标准
- •1. Patients aged from 18 to 70 years old;
- •2. Patients with definite pathological diagnosis and newly diagnosed GBM;
- •3. Totally resected tumor evaluated by MRI within 1 month after operation;
- •4. KPS score >=60;
- •5. Voluntarily participated in this study and signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •1. Patients with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
- •2. Patients known to be allergic to research medications;
- •3. Children, pregnant women, mental patients and patients with other malignant tumors;
- •4. Patients undergoing other drug trials;
- •5. There are obvious factors affecting oral drug absorption, such as inability to swallow, intestinal obstruction and so on.
