1. The patients who were initially diagnosed in our hospital were in accordance with the diagnosis of GGN, and the diameter of GGN was 5-8mm (including 8mm);
2. Aged 18 to 65 years old;
3. Those who can fill in the questionnaire and cooperate with the investigators, and those who have informed consent.
1. The first chest CT showed that GGN had respiratory tract infection at the same time;
2. Pregnant women and other primary diseases such as serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, etc;
3. Having a clear history of autoimmune diseases;
4. Those who have participated in other clinical studies;
5. The patients were confirmed to have elective surgery at the initial diagnosis;
