1. Adult men and women over 20 years old
2. First diagnosed patient with primary brain tumor

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients who received chemotherapy or radiation therapy before surgery.
2. Pregnant patient
3. Patients or guardians who do not understand or do not accept consent
4. Uncontrolled Diabetics
