Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.All post traumatic distal femoral fractures involving patients of each sex with age more than 18 years of age reporting to Department of Orthopaedics,PGIMS will be included in the study.
  • •2\.Only Muller AO/OTA type A3,C2,C3 type of fractures will be included in present study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pathological fractures
  • •2\. Open Fractures Gustillo\-Anderson Type 3b,3c.20
  • •3\. Muller Type A1,A2,B1,B2,B3 will be excluded from present study
  • •4\. Associated intra\-articular proximal tibia fractures of ipsilateral limb.
