1. Mothers having adolescent children Aged 14-18 years. Subjects will be mothers.
2. The participants will be assessed if suitable for practicing yogic practices based on physical preliminary exam.
1. A history of psychosis, mania, brain damage.
2. History of suicidal ideation, significant aggression or violence.
3. Severe unstable psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairment that does not allow patients to follow treatment instructions.
4. Active clinically significant gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or other major clinically significant disorder/ disease.
