Without history of psychological disorders
Without history of using psychoactive drugs
Indications of cesarean section such as abnormal fetal presentation, pelvic stenosis,fetal macrosomia, placenta previa
Having chronic illness before or during pregnancy
Pregnancy disorders (e.g: Placental abruption, abnormal presentation, Preeclampsia,etc. )
Without tendency of participants to follow research

Name Time Method Fear of childbirth. Timepoint: Before intervention, 36-38 weeks of pregnancy, during 2 hours after birth. Method of measurement: Wijma Questionnaire (Version A,B).;Self-efficacy in coping with child birth. Timepoint: Before intervention, 36-38 weeks of pregnancy. Method of measurement: self-efficacy in coping with child birth questionnaire.;Delivery mood. Timepoint: After childbirth. Method of measurement: Delivery mood.
