Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Arthritis: diagnosed arthritis of the hip or knee accordingto the clinical ACR\- criteria, WOMAC \> 15 in pain and function;
- •diabetes: German diabetes risk\-test (DRT) \=57 points, HbA1c \< 6,5%, fasting plasma glucose \<126 mg/dl;
- •cardio\-vascular: PROCAM\-Score \> 1,2 of the age\-approriate reference; obesity/adipostity: BMI \= 27 und \= 35
Exclusion Criteria
- •end\-organ damage, appointment for elective joint replacement, BMI \= 35, physical activity before the intevention meets more than 75% of the activity recommendations for adults
