Inclusion Criteria
1.Gestation at birth less than 35 weeks. Gestational age will be calculated from the date of the last menstrual period or if not reliable, from ultrasound assessment of gestational age
2.Discharged alive from the hospital
4.Parents willing for follow up till 12 to 18 months of corrected age
5.No major congenital malformations/ genetic syndromes
Exclusion Criteria
1.Babies with major congenital malformations or genetic syndromes
2.Parents who are not willing for 1 year and after for follow-up.
