1 Group Y - Age 18-59 years
2 Group G - Age 60 years and above
3 ASA grade I and II
4 Orthopedic surgery on lower limb
Exclusion Criteria
1 Patientâ??s refusal
2 Pregnancy
3 Difficult Airway
4 Patients with asthma and COPD
5 Coagulation disorders
6 Uncontrolled co morbidities
7 Spinal Deformities
