Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient-controlled analgesia (PCA) is essential for planned surgery and the specific patient
- •Informed consent for PCA
- •intraperitoneal laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Not opioid-naive
- •ICU admission planned in advance
- •nerve block or epidural analgesia is wanted
- •BMI 30 or higher
- •ASA PS classification = IV
- •Pregnant or breast-feeding
- •apparently not capable of responding to the postoperative questionnaire
- •registered in other prospective study
