(1) The first occurrence of ischemic stroke, confirmed by head CT or MRI. (2) The main manifestation is the limb dysfunction on the affected side, and the Brunnstrom stage of the upper limb is stage ?and III; (2) The onset is within 3 months; (3) 30-75 years old, both male and female; (4) Voluntarily signed informed consent Book.
(1) History of vagus nerve surgery; (2) Limb pain and limited mobility due to other diseases; (3) Cognitive impairment or a significant decrease in alertness, language receptivity, or attention, which may interfere with motor test instructions. (4) Apraxia; (5) Complications such as unilateral neglect and severe proprioception; (6) Cases of shoulder subluxation. (7) Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases; (8) History of severe alcohol or drug abuse; (9) Depression or use of neuropsychiatric drugs such as antidepressants or benzodiazepines; (10) Pregnancy.
