Patients with established diagnosis of PHN with evident allodynia and hyperalgesia, Patients should have had pain for at least 3 months weeks after healing of rash, Patients with pain intensity =4/10 on (NRS-Pain Scale)
Patients with history of neurological interventions for PHN, Other source of acute or chronic pain confounding the diagnosis,
Patients with recent history ofMI, DM, pancreatitis and vasculitis,Patients with recent history of surgery or intake of pregabalin in last 4 week,
Patient with cognition impairment or alcohol/ psychotropic drugs abuse,Patients with a history of treatment with CBT
