Inclusion Criteria

Have a bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
Activity in the covid19 ward for at least 6 months
Complete satisfaction to enter into partnership
Do not take other educational interventions at the same time as the plan
Having an account on one of the social networks with video communication

Exclusion Criteria

Intolerance and resilience of the person during desensitization with eye movements and reprocessing,
Having a DSM-5 based mental illness leads to hospitalization
visit a psychiatrist and take medication
vision impairment by self report
Taking psychotropic drugs
Having a history of PTSD, self-purifying
