Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- Self\-identify as having Arab Ancestry (e.g., Lebanese, Syrian, Palestinian, Jordanian, Egyptian, Iraqi)
- •\- Living in Australia
- •\- Aged 35\-64 years
- •\- Insufficiently active or inactive at baseline (i.e., \<150 minutes of moderate\-vigorous PA per week)
- •\- No current chronic disease/illness
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- participants who accumulate at least 150 minutes or more of moderate\-vigorous PA per week.
