Patient coming for emergency surgery under general Anesthesia,Right subclavian and left chest is free of injuries or dressings,Mean arterial pressure greater than equal to 70mmhg,ASA 1-ll physical status patient
Refusal to participate,Requirement of vasopressors to maintain arterial blood pressure greater than 65mmhg,tracheal intubation done in the ward itself,Presence of major peripheral vascular disease,tricuspid failure,right sided heart failure,implanted pacemaker,respiratory distress,Portal hypertension
