Inclusion Criteria

ASA I and II
age 18-40
elective knee arthroscopy

Exclusion Criteria

Patients on chronic use of NSAID,opiates, calcium channel blockers, corticosteroids, tricyclic antidepressant.
Patients with psychiatric disorders.
History of gastric or duodenal ulcers. Hypersensitivity to NSAIDs, consumption of analgesics within 24 h of surgery.
patients with liver or renal disease.
Hypersensitivity to local anaesthesia.
