Inclusion Criteria
inferior turbinate hypertrophy
nasal congestion
Existence of rhinorrhea
Failure to respond to medications including oral or topical corticosteroids, antihistamines
Exclusion Criteria
Age more than 18 years
Adenoid hypertrophy
Nasal polyps
Severe deviation of the nasal septum
