Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with facial atrophic acne scars.
2.Patients >18 years old and < 50 years old.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients who have undergone any skin resurfacing procedures within the preceding 1 year.
2.Patients taking systemic retinoids or immunosuppressives drugs during or within 6 months before the study.
3.Patients with history of coagulation defects or bleeding diathesis.
4.Patients with history or tendency to develop of keloid scars.
5.Patients with active acne lesions.
