Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Children between 5 to 10years
  • •2\. Frankl’s Behaviour Rating 3 (positive), 4 (definitely positive)
  • •3\. Premature loss of primary molar
  • •4\. Primary molars indicated for extraction
  • •5\. Indicated for space maintainers according to cast analysis.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •The primary second molar is lost early, but the permanent first molar has not erupted
  • •More than 2/3rd of root completion.
