Inclusion Criteria
30 ASA physical status I-II patients scheduled for PCNL surgery under general anaesthesia aged 18-60yrs, BMI -18-23, Normal S.creatinine
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with a history of cardiac, respiratory, hepatic, or renal failure,
Obese, children, elderly and pregnant women.
