Inclusion Criteria
Acute (temporarily) immobilising fracture;
Age = 80 years;
Sufficient knowledge of German;
Consent to study participation
Exclusion Criteria
No (temporary) immobilising fracture;
Age < 80 years;
Insufficient knowledge of German;
Cognitive deficit (e.g. dementia, delirium, etc.);
Unable to give consent;
Refusal to participate

Name Time Method Aim of the study:<br>Patients are interviewed with a questionnaire during their stay in hospital. The following points are of particular relevance:<br>Recording of the existence of precautionary documents and the discussion about the end of life.<br>How often do discussions about the end of life take place with relatives or attending physicians?
