1. Teachers who are teaching adolescents enrolled in secondary and higher secondary schools (Grades 9, 10, 11 and 12)

2. Teachers who consent to data collection during the study

3. Teachers who have access to smartphones and mobile internet.

1.50% of total adolescents with suicidal ideation identified for suicide prevention support by trained teachers in the study cohorts. <br/ ><br>2. Of total number of adolescents identified for suicide prevention support: (a)27% identified in cohort 1 (online training course) (b)33% identified in cohort 2 (online training course and refresher training at 3-month follow up) (c)40% identified in cohort 3 (online training course, refresher training at 3-month follow-up and online mentoring and supervision). <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 17th month
