Inclusion Criteria<br><br> - Menopause<br><br> - Overweight<br><br> - Obesity<br><br> - Sedentary lifestyle<br><br>Exclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Use of hormone therapy<br><br> - Use of pharmacologial pshychiatric medication<br><br> - Recent surgery (six months)<br><br> - Recent (six months) cardiardiovascular events (myocardial infarction, stroke)<br><br> - Adherence to diet in the last six months<br><br> - Attending to psychoterapeutic proccess
