Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.All adults scheduled for robotic transabdominal surgery with trendelenberg position of \>30 degree
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal
- •2\.Patient having trendelenberg position less than 2 hours
- •3\.Patient having preoperative neurological comorbidity
- •4\.Patient on psychiatrist medication or with history of psychiatric illness
