1. Nurses which defines as nurses, midwifes, community nurses, head of nurses and nurses supervisor who are registered under Ministry of health.
2. Malaysian citizen
3. Permanent staff
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant and breast feeding nurse
2.Nurses who is not in the health clinic during the study is carried out.
