Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 Cases suffering from PMS.
- •2 Age between 18 to 25 years
- •3 PMS Diagnosed cases with Pre\-Menstrual syndrome Scale (PMSS) Score is 80 or above 80\.
- •4 Willingness to Participate Participants who provide informed consent and are willing to comply with the study requirements, including attending scheduled visits and following the prescribed treatment regimen.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Married Women
- •2 Participants with Menstrual irregularities like Leucorrhoea, Dysmenorrhoea, Menorrhoea ,Metrorrhagea, PCOS
- •3 Medical Conditions Participants with severe medical conditions or comorbidities that may interfere with the assessment of PMS symptoms or pose a risk to their well\-being.
- •4 Psychiatric Disorders Participants with severe psychiatric disorders, such as major depressive disorder or bipolar disorder, which may require alternative treatment approaches.
- •5 Hormonal Treatment Participants currently receiving or planning to initiate hormonal treatments specifically for PMS during the study period, as this may confound the evaluation of homoeopathic treatment efficacy.
- •6 Previous Homoeopathic Treatment Participants who have received homoeopathic treatment for PMS within a defined period (e.g 3 months) prior to the study initiation.
- •7 Allergy or Sensitivity Participants with known allergies or sensitivities to homoeopathic medicines or their components.
- •8 Substance abuse and/or dependence
- •9 Diagnosed or suspected cases of any malignancy
- •10 Patients taking Allopathic or any other systemic medicine
