Inclusion Criteria

Maximum 72 hours duration of coma at the start of the study
Stable hemodynamics 24 hours before entering the study
No blood or cerebrospinal fluid exit from the nose or ear during trauma
No breakage or paralysis of all organs

Exclusion Criteria

Patient death or discharge before the third day
Changes in hemodynamic symptoms during intervention

Primary Outcome Measures

evel of consciousness. Timepoint: 5 minutes before the onset of auditory stimulation and 5 minutes after auditory stimulation for three days. Method of measurement: Using the GCS tool.;Hemodynamic symptoms. Timepoint: 2 minutes before the onset of auditory stimulation and 2 minutes after auditory stimulation for 3 days. Method of measurement: Using a monitoring device.
