Inclusion Criteria

? The subject is at an altitude of =3000m during the test;
?The subject has not arrived on the plateau for more than 48 hours;
? LLSS score = 3 and at least 1 headache ;
? age = 18 years and < 65 years;
? no experience of living and working in a plateau within 2 months;
?not having participated in another clinical trial within 3 months;
? Voluntary participation in this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

?those who develop clinically defined plateau pulmonary oedema or plateau cerebral oedema after entry into the group;
?Persons with chronic headache, dizziness, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, and digestive system diseases before entering the plateau.
?Combination of other serious illnesses such as malignant tumours and psychiatric illnesses that affect the evaluation of this study;
