Patients presenting with active mucosal chronic otitis media
Exclusion Criteria
1. Known diabetics and immunocompromised patients
2. Acute debilitating conditions
3. Patients with evident fungal or mixed infection (bacterial with fungal)
4. Acute Mucosal chronic otitis media with complications

Name Time Method To compare clinical efficacy of Boric acid ear drops vs. Ciprofloxacin ear drops in active mucosal chronic otitis media after 3 weeks of treatment on the basis of clinical evaluation and microbiological evaluationTimepoint: Patient will be followed up in OPD after every week till 3 weeks to compare for changes
