入选标准
- •1.The 65 year-old or older patients
- •2.Expected to stay in SICU for more than 24 hours
- •3.Hemodynamic stable
- •4.Respiratory system stability
排除标准
- •1.Inability to walk without assistance before acute ICU illness (use of a cane or walkers were not excluded)
- •2.Currently on prednisone > 20 mg/day at least for 2 weeks
- •3.Neuromuscular disease
- •4.Acute stroke
- •5.Increase intracranial pressure
- •6.Limb amputation
- •7.Hyperactive delirium
