(i)Children > 3kgs and < 14 years undergoing elective congenital heart disease repair (ASD/VSD/TOF) in sinus rhythm and in whom a TEE probe will be used.
(i)Children < 3 kg (since TEE probe cannot be used)
(ii)Lesions other than ASD/VSD/TOF
(iii)Inlet VSDs (since they may have RV volume overload)
(iv)Any abnormalities of tricuspid valve (including valvular stenosis/ mod-severe regurgitation) or RV (hypoplasia)
(v)Emergency & re-do surgery
Gender, class, caste, ethnicity, race, will NOT be used as inclusion and/or exclusion criteria.
