Patients with acute pulmonary thromboembolism in all age group
Exclusion Criteria
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Congenital atrial septal defect
Old right ventricular myocardial infraction
Obstructive sleep apnea
Tricuspid valvular disease (apart from TR)
Pulmonary stenosis
Rv cardiomyopathy
Atrial fibrillation
