Inclusion Criteria
Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria DSM V
- Patient opting for homoeopathic treatment
- Patient complying for regular follow-ups
- Patients in age group 18-40 yrs.
- All sexes
Exclusion Criteria
-Patients who require emergency medical treatment
-Patients undertaking any other mode of treatment along with homoeopathic mode of
treatment for mental illnesses
- pregnant and lactating females

Name Time Method To study the role of homoeopathic constitutional medicines with Kent observations in <br/ ><br>treatment of adjustment disorderTimepoint: The Adjustment Disorder New Module 20 Questionnaire Scale Will Be Used For Every Follow Up. Duration of follow up will be after 7 Days .All patients will be duly followed and details of the symptomatic clinical changes will be studied/recorded and remedy reaction will be assessed <br/ ><br>to see the effects of constitutional prescribing in management of Adjustment Disorder <br/ ><br>

Name Time Method To assess the effectiveness of homoeopathic constitutional medicines in improving the quality of life in Adjustment DisorderTimepoint: The Adjustment Disorder New Module 20 Questionnaire Scale & physical examination Will be done at day 1 & during every follow up . Duration of follow up will be after 7 Days (5 follow ups) to assess the effects of constitutional prescribing in improving the quality of life in Adjustment Disorder
