- Brief Summary
Participant selection will be done as per the Inclusion and exclusion criteria.The purpose and procedure of the study will be explained to the participants. All the covid-19 precautionary measures according to ICMR will be taken. A brief demographic data and baseline outcome measures (Craniovertebral angle, pressure biofeedback, postural stability) will be obtained from the participants. Participants will be equally divided into two groups using chit method
Group therapy sessions will be carried out in the respective colleges of KAHER institute. Group A will be given Callisthenics and Group B will be given Motor Control exercises

Individuals with forward head posture with CVA< 53° degree All genders with age group 18 to 40 years, who are asymptomatic (without neck pain) for at least 3 weeks Participants willing to participate in the study.
Postural deviation other than forward head, assessed by observation method that could affect postural stability Fracture, trauma, injury or recent surgeries that would prevent the participants to perform the exercises History of tumors and infection of the vertebrae Diagnosed cases of vestibular disorders and peripheral neuropathy Participants who are unable to comprehend the exercise commands Pregnant women.
