Inclusion Criteria
All German Hospital which are willing to follow the study procedures are welcome to participate in ISO-ADE.
Units which can not participate because of their specialisation are summarized in exclusion criteria.
Exclusion Criteria
Following Units can not be included: intensive care unit, pediatrics, HEENT; ophtalomogy, psychiatric, gynecologic, oncologic, hematologic.
Hospitals which have the intervention bundle already established as a standard operation procedure.
