Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •NYHA class II/III, availability of a private smartphone and intention to use this as part of the study, minimum system requirements: Android 4\.1 / iOS 9
Exclusion Criteria
- •NYHA class I or IV,
- •visual impairment, so that app usage would be impossible,
- •severe mental disorder (bipolar disorder, psychosis, addiction)
