Parturients aged between 18 and 38, elective cesarean section; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical statuses grade I and II; Singed infomed consent; neuroaxial (spinal or epidural) anesthesia;
Exclusion criteria: A history of opioid analgesic use or tranquilliser use; History of coagulopathy, Psychopatology; History of gastrointestinal problem too NSAID; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical statuses grade more than II; Emergency cesarean section; age less than 18 and more than 38 years old; general anesthesia; dissatisfaction
