•ASA Grade 1 and 2 Patients of 18-60 years of either gender Patients posted for elective lower abdominal surgeries.

排除标准

•ASA Grade 3 and 4 Patient refusal Hypersensitivity to study drug Infection at the site of injection Presence of bleeding disorder disorder Severe hypotension, bradycardia, severe aortic/mitral stenosis Raised intracranial tension Head injury Patient receiving other modes of intraoperative analgesia Pregnant females Patient with neurological disorder and deficit, spinal cord and peripheral nerve diseases, poliomyelitis, multiple sclerosis Patient on alpha adrenergic antagonists, Ca channel blockers, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors.
