patients undergoing rhinoplasty surgery.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with systemic disease
History of any drug consumption
Hemorrhagic disease
Liver dysfunction
Renal dysfunction
Using anticoagulant drugs
Heart block
Myocardial ischemia
Morbid obesity
