Inclusion Criteria
Patients who are scheduled for surgery requiring general anesthesia
ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class I, II
20-65 years old
Exclusion Criteria
-ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class = III
-Patients with previous history of difficult intubation or cervical instability
-Body mass index over 30
-In case of mallampati Class III, IV
-Thyromental distance less than 6 cm.
-Mouth opening less than 3cm
-Limited cervical movement
-Sleep apnea
