Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA grade 1, 2, 3 patients
- •2\. patients scheduled for elective PCNL surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. presence of contraindication to LA agents
- •2\. obese patients
- •3\. Psychiatric disorders
- •4\. Surgical procedures that lasted \<30 mins or \>300 mins
- •5\. presence of infection at injection site
- •6\. Major cardiac disease and renal failure
- •7\. Patient refusal
